With my American adventure being a week away, I keep finding myself feeling overwhelmed with the amount of things I need to do before I go and with what I need to pack etc.
I recently started writing down things that I need to do, purely so that I wouldn’t forget (my mind has turned to mush recently and I’m honestly thinking I should be blonde with some of the things I’m coming out with!).
I then noticed how I felt less stressed having these things written down instead of spinning round in my head.
Since then I have been writing them down and ordering them by which needs doing first and which has priority over the others. I can honestly say that it’s like a weight being lifted off my shoulders just knowing what I need to do by when.
If anyone has a big trip coming up, or anything major such as big deadlines at work or uni, try making a list and feel the stress float away from your body!
